Santa comes to Goytre

Children were excited to meet santa at Goytre Wharf at charity event

Over 400 children got to meet Father Christmas at Goytre Wharf during the first week of December. Led by the Forestry Commission (Wales), in partnership with BW, the children travelled from different schools throughout South Wales to enjoy a trip around the sculpture trail, the making of festive crowns and visiting Father Christmas in his grotto. Bw staff gave their time for free, along with volunteers, to ensure the children (and their helpers) all enjoyed the visit, meaning a sum of £150 was donated to charity.
