Engaging home educated children and young people in waterways arts & heritage

An exciting opportunity for children and young people to participate in cultural and creative activities has been launched at Foxton Locks, Leicestershire as part of the Find Your Talent programme. We are working with home educator groups around Leicestershire County and City, the programme aims to provide children and young people with learning and discovery opportunities that would otherwise not have been made available to them. It also makes them aware of their local heritage, provides leadership skills and some may even obtain a nationally recognised Arts Award qualification.
