St George's Day at Standege Tunnel

Celebrate St George's Day with the Horse Boating Society and Standedge Tunnel.

The Horse Boating Society will be legging a boat through Standedge Tunnel, pursued by the dragon. The boat will emerge at 3.30pm, when St George will fight the pursuing dragon and try to save the villagers of Marsden. Meanwhile, have a go at making swords and shields at Standedge Tunnel Visitor Centre.
