Boaters' craft demonstrations at the Gloucester Canal Museum

The craft demonstration day at Gloucester Waterways Museum on the Gloucester & Sharpness Canal will be a day the family can enjoy together.

Away in their constantly moving, floating worlds, boat people developed a style of crafts and boat decorations all of their own. Visitors will be able to see a range of crafts being demonstrated including making bonnets, belts, rag rugs and crochet.

All of the craftspeople attending are members of the Boaters' Crafts Group of the Friends of the Museum.
